RADU BAIAS DESIGN STORE offers a 30-day return policy : you have 30 days after delivery to return your order to our studio for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Step 1 : Please write to us at shop@radubaias.com stating your order number, indicating that you would like to return your order.
Step 2: Ensure that the products are in pristine and unused condition and repackage them in their original packaging.

Once we have received your return, we will confirm receipt and refund the purchase price to your account within 7 working days.
For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the transaction, unless you specified a different payment method in the email (see step 1).
You are only liable for any loss in value of the products if this loss in value is due to improper handling of them.
